What will take place on the evening?
Practical Demonstrations including:
- A butchery demonstration of breaking down a side of pork
- Preparing a Boston Butt
- Preparing a Packer Brisket
- Spatchcocking a Chicken
Question and Answer sessions discussing the following topics:
- Dry Aged SteaksÂ
Where on the animal they come from
Why we dry age
How to cook them
- Barbecues & Smokers
We will discuss which style of barbecue/smoker is best suited for specific cooks
- Smoking using different techniques
We will discuss how using different fuel, rubs and sauces give different resultsÂ

- 1 Pint of Bowland Ale (other beverages available)
Additional beverages will be available to purchase on the evening
- 1 x marinated Spatchcock Chicken to practice cooking when you get home
