About the Event

What will take place on the evening?

Practical Demonstrations including:

- A butchery demonstration of breaking down a side of pork

- What goes into the perfect sausage?

- Spatchcocking a Chicken

Question and Answer sessions discussing the following topics:

- Dry Aged Steaks 

Where on the animal they come from,

Why we dry age,

How to cook them,

- Autumnal Slow Cooking and Stews

- Barbecues & Smokers - Not just for the summer

We will discuss what you can cook on the barbeque and smoker throughout the winter/autumn season

Additional Included Extras:

- Pulled Pork Supper

- 1 Pint of Bowland Ale (other beverages available)

Additional beverages will be available to purchase on the evening

- 1 x marinated Spatchcock Chicken to practice cooking when you get home
