About the event
Join David Gigli, Fylde's award winning butcher with more than 40 years butchery experience and learn traditional butchery skills and techniques. The day will include butchery demonstrations and practical sessions, as well as breakfast and lunch and plenty of time to ask all of your need to know butchery questions.
After the event you will take home all of the meat and butchery products you will have produced, along side a branded Gigli's apron.
Please note: We reserve the right to postpone this butchery course if the minimum number of participants isn't reached.
